Management Team
Tom Clear – Chief Executive Officer
Tom Clear is Chief Executive Officer for Jacada. Tom joined Jacada in April 2009 and brought with him several years of experience leading global companies and delivering operational excellence for customers. Previously, Tom served as President and Chief Commercial Officer for Spinvox Inc, where he successfully grew the company's North American operations and customer base. Tom's background includes deep experience in technology sales and marketing, customer service and customer relationship management, and telecommunications. He has held executive positions at Amdocs, Sema Group Telecom and Convergys, and also served as the Chief Information Officer for Southwestern Bell.
Bob Aldworth – Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Bob Aldworth is responsible for the global finance and accounting operations at Jacada. Bob brings more than 30 years of experience, having previously served as CFO of several global public and private companies, including Jacada from 2001 to 2005. Since 2005, Bob held the position of SVP of Finance at Infor Global Solutions, a provider of enterprise applications software and services. Bob has extensive experience in finance, operations and investor relations.
Richard Stern – Senior Vice President, Global Marketing
Richard Stern is Senior Vice President, Global Marketing for Jacada. Richard brings to Jacada more than 15 years of experience in successfully leading global marketing and new business development initiatives. Most recently, Richard served as Senior Vice President, Growth Telecom for SpinVox, a leading global speech technology company that delivers voice-to-text services for telecommunications providers. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for UREACH Technologies, a messaging, call processing and billing software solution provider. Richard began his career at IBM.
Jim Bacon – Senior Vice President, Sales – Americas
Jim Bacon is Senior Vice President, Sales – Americas. Jim brings more than 20 years of technology sales and leadership experience to Jacada. Most recently Jim was CMO and Vice President of Sales for Intellione, where he led the company's sales strategy and sold solutions to industry-leading wireless and wireline carriers. Prior to Intellione, Jim led nationwide infrastructure and service sales for Ericsson, where he notably generated $5.5 billion in revenue from Cingular. Jim also spent several years with BellSouth, in various operational, marketing, sales and leadership roles.
Guy Tweedale – Senior Vice President, European Operations
Guy Tweedale, Senior Vice President, European Operations, has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the enterprise software arena to Jacada, with a strong focus on business process automation and enhancement in key areas such as customer management, field-based activities and financial control. Most recently he completed an assignment with Saratoga Systems as Managing Director in Northern Europe for their CRM and Mobile Data Access divisions. Before joining Saratoga he was Managing Director EMEA of Extensity, and prior to that, Guy held a number of key senior management roles with companies such as Microsoft (Visio), TDK (mobile communications hardware), and Toshiba (mobile computing platforms). Guy received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Staffordshire and his Master's degree from the Cranfield Institute.
Steve Herlocher – Chief Technology Officer
Steve Herlocher is the Chief Technology Officer for Jacada, where he leads the company's unified service desktop and process optimization product strategies. Prior to Jacada, Steve was Vice President of Product Management for Aspect Software, one of the world's largest providers of contact center performance optimization solutions. Steve also served in strategic product management leadership roles at Melita, eShare Communications, PTEK Holdings, Intellivoice and Sun Microsystems.
Eyal Shpin – Senior Vice President, Research & Development
Eyal Shpin serves as Senior Vice President, Research and Development for Jacada, where he leads all solution development for the company. Prior to Jacada, Eyal served as Director of CRM and PLM development at Infor/SSA. Eyal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Jeff Strnad, Ph.D. – Senior Vice President, Global Services
Jeff Strnad serves as Senior Vice President - Global Services for Jacada, where he leads solution delivery and support for the company's global customer. Jeff assumes this role after five years with Jacada, where he has held roles managing presales and delivery of many key customer implementations in both North America and the UK. Prior to Jacada, Jeff worked for Accenture, leading PMO and project delivery efforts for clients across a wide variety of industries. Jeff received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University.
Oren Shefler – General Counsel
As General Counsel for Jacada, Oren Shefler is responsible for all contract negotiation, legal matters, and corporate governance. Oren earned a LL.B from the Law Faculty of the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel. Prior to Jacada, Oren served as an associate for Meitar, Liquornik, Geva & Leshem Brandwein for seven years, where he represented public and private venture-based technology companies, venture capital funds and underwriters in array of transactions.
Caroline Cronin – Vice President, Finance
Caroline Cronin is Vice President, Finance for Jacada. Caroline is a CPA with several years of experience in financial leadership, management and reporting. Most recently Caroline was CFO for Optio Software, a document automation software provider, where she led the divestiture team and successfully negotiated the sale of the company to Bottomline Technologies. Prior to her tenure as Optio's CFO, Caroline served as the Corporate Controller for Optio and as the Assistant Corporate Controller for Medical Manager Corporation, a healthcare management software provider. Caroline began her career as a Senior Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Florida State University.

Giddy Hollander
Gideon Hollander is the Chairman of the Board and founder of Jacada.
Gideon is highly regarded for his strategic vision and innovation-centered
leadership, and is focused on ensuring that Jacada delivers high quality,
best-of-breed solutions. Prior to founding Jacada, Gideon was part of
the research and development team at Comverse Technology. Prior to
Comverse, he served in various technology and management positions
in an elite unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, where he specialized
in expert systems and user interface design. Two of the projects
that Gideon managed won the most prominent Israeli award for
technological innovations. Gideon also has a passion for rock
and mountain climbing.

Yossie Hollander
Yossie Hollander, director, has been a member of the board of directors since 1990, serving as Chairman from 1995 – 2007. Mr. Hollander was a founder, and from 1983 to 1994 served as the Chief Executive Officer, of New Dimension Software Ltd., an enterprise system and management software company that was acquired by BMC Software in April 1999. Mr. Hollander is a member of the executive committee of the Weizman Institute. Yossie Hollander is Gideon Hollander's brother.
Ohad Zuckerman
Ohad Zuckerman has served as a director since December 2000. Mr. Zuckerman is the CEO and President of Zeraim Gedera Ltd., an agricultural company which specializes in development and production of vegetable seeds, a position he has held since January 2000. From 1998 to January 2000, Mr. Zuckerman served as the Executive Vice President of Zeraim Gedera and from 1990 to 1998 he served at the same company as the Marketing Manager. Mr. Zuckerman served as a member of the board of directors at Maximal Innovative Intelligence LTD, a provider of software for extracting information from data warehouses, from 1998 to 2002.
Naomi Atsmon
Naomi Atsmon has served as a director since June 2001. In addition, Ms. Atsmon has served as a director of Clicksoftware Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CKSW) since May 2003. Ms. Atsmon served as a division president of Amdocs Ltd., a provider of information system solutions to communications companies, from July 1997 to December 2002. From 1994 until 1997, Ms. Atsmon served as a vice president at Amdocs Ltd. Ms. Atsmon held various positions at Amdocs since 1986.
Dan Falk
Dan Falk as served as a director since August 2004. Since 2001 Mr. Falk serves as a member of the boards of directors of Orbotech Ltd., Attunity Ltd., Nice System Ltd., Orad Hi-Tech SystemsLtd., Netafim Ltd., Ormat Technologies Inc., ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd., Poalim Ventures 1 Ltd., Dmatek Ltd., Plastopil Ltd. and Nova Measuring Systems Ltd. In 1999 and 2000, Mr. Falk was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sapiens International Corporation N.V. From 1985 to 1999, Mr. Falk served in various positions in Orbotech Ltd., the last of which were Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. From 1973 to 1985, he served in several executive positions in the Israel Discount Bank.
Avner Atsmon
Avner Atsmon joined us in October 2006 as a director. Mr. Atsmon has served as Vice President of Engineering of Starhome Ltd. from January 2000 to June 2002. From December 1993 to December 1999 Mr. Atsmon served in several positions at Comverse Infosys including as a Chief Operating Officer. From November 1991 to November 1993 Mr. Atsmon was Fax Application Manager of National Semi-Conductors, Palo Alto California. Naomi Atsmon and Avner Atsmon notified us that they have no family relations.
