At Jacada, our educational philosophy of "Learn by Doing" provides students the opportunity to implement the course concepts and ensures an understanding of the solution features, whether those students are IT professionals tasked with maintenance and enhancement of the solution, or end-user agents applying the solution to their everyday jobs.

Jacada delivers three types of training, depending on customer needs:

  • Customer IT Training – Jacada acts as mentor when the customer develops and maintains the solution
  • Customer "Train the Trainer" – Jacada provides guidance on how to train those using the completed solution
  • End-user Training – Jacada develops all training materials and conducts the training courses

Jacada offers introductory courses to our products by providing a professional, high quality educational experience. To help meet the specific training needs of each client, we can define a customized Education and Training Plan designed to be given at the client’s location. This on-site training can be highly customized for each Jacada solution and utilizes experienced instructors and comprehensive course materials.

Jacada customer service solutions provide a simplified, unified and streamlined desktop environment for the call center agent, allowing time previously spent on interacting with applications to be spent interacting with customers. A primary by-product of implementing a Jacada solution is therefore reduction of training needs for new agents – focusing them more on the business process of servicing customers than on the need to learn multiple application tools, memorize codes and navigate complex desktop systems.

Our education offerings also include the knowledge transfer and mentoring that takes place at the end of each project. Our expanded training can address the areas of administration, loadtesting, etc., separate from any specific product set.
