Jacada® WinFuse
In their efforts to deliver superior customer interactions, customer service organizations often utilize an array of business-critical Windows client/server and web applications. However, these systems often lack the application programming interfaces (APIs) to easily access comprehensive customer data and underlying business logic. This lack of an API typically means that these client/server or web applications cannot function as part of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and are not easily modified to improve process flows for the user. Additionally, these applications cannot participate in an Event Driven Architecture (EDA), where it is desired to capture and respond to business events occurring in real-time on the underlying applications.
Jacada addresses this dilemma with Jacada® WinFuse, a desktop automation and service enablement solution for Windows client/server and web applications. As an optimized integration solution, Jacada WinFuse provides robust data integration and desktop automation capabilities, which improves efficiency and accuracy by eliminating redundant data entry, resulting in more streamlined business processes. In addition, the "application bubbles" capabilities of Jacada WinFuse, that is included as part of the Jacada® Advisor suite, enable in-line and in-context data feeds, which reduces training and other operational expenses while improving agent knowledge, productivity and workflow.
With Jacada WinFuse, any and all functionality contained within existing Windows or web applications can be exposed as open standard Web services, without modifying the application or accessing the source code. Jacada WinFuse delivers non-invasive service enablement with a rapid, minimal-risk implementation cycle.
